Based on Decree No. 51/2002/NĐ-CP dated 26th April 2002 of the Government regulating details for enforcing Press Law amending and complementing some articles of Press Law;

Based on Decision No. 14/2004/QĐ-UB dated 1st January 2004 of Hau Giang provincial People’s Committee on establishing Department of Culture, Information and Sports under Hau Giang provincial People’s Committee;

Considering recommendations at Statement No. 176/S.VHTT-TT dated 30th March 2004 of Department of Culture, Information and Sports enclosed with “ Projection regulating functions, duties, rights, organizing structure and staff for Hau Giang provincial Department of Culture, Information and Sports” and Director of Internal Affairs Department.
