·         Based on Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated 28th May 2003 of the Government regulating functions, duties, authorities and organizing structure of Ministry of Industry

·         ­Based on Press Law dated 28th December 1989 amending and complementing some articles of Press Law dated 12th June 1999 and Prime Minister’s approval on planning press network nationwide at Official Document No. 583/CP-VX dated 16th June 2000 of Minister, Head of Office of the Government;

·         ­Based on Notice No. 3479/TB-BVHTT dated 18th August 2000 of Minister of Ministry of Culture and Information on newspaper and magazine items under Ministry of Industry continuously operated and Decision No. 60/GP-BVHTT dated 29th January 2002 of Minister of Ministry of Culture and Information on issuing press operation License;

·         ­ Considering recommendations of editor-in-chief of Industrial Magazine (Official Document No. 64/CV-BTS dated 4^th July 2003);

·         ­  Complying recommendations of Department Head of Department of Organization and StaffSeeing detail in Vietnamese edition
