The first traditional cultural gastronomy festival of ethnic groups in the Central Highlands has been held by Muon Ma Thuot city People’s Committee.
More than 500 cultural researchers and culinary specialists participated in a seminar on Vietnamese cuisine at the Sheraton Saigon Hotel on October 30.
With the theme “Cultural Heritage with Integration and Development”, the Hue Festival 2008 promises to be a great, impressive, and attractive festival with hundreds of specific cultural and tourist programs aiming at enhancing unique cultural values of Vietnam and Hue Ancient Capital.
Viet Nam wants to beef up cooperation with Japan in culture, sports and tourism, and will closely coordinate with the country to organise cultural exchanges in the near future.
