(MOCST) - Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong attended the opening ceremony of the special arts exhibition called “Memories about Uncle Ho” in Hanoi.
On Aug 30, Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong cut the ribbon to open the arts exhibition called “Memories about Uncle Ho” in Vietnam Fine Arts Museum. The exhibition is one of many activities to celebrate 50-year of implementation President Ho’s will and 74th Anniversary of Vietnam National Day.
Delivering a speech in the event, Nguyen An Minh, Director of Vietnam Fine Arts Museum underlined that the life and career of President Ho had always been a great inspiration to many generations of Vietnamese artists. Many arts works about President Ho have successfully and honestly reflected the wonderful morality of Ho Chi Minh, as well as his caring and devotion to Vietnamese citizens etc.
“Memories on Uncle Ho” presents 50 art works in various areas, including paintings, graphic designs, sculptures, propaganda paintings etc. created by 39 artists and sculptors from different generations – before or after President Ho’s Will was completed in 1969.
