(Cinet)- MCTS organized a solemn ceremony of the 60th anniversary of launching the appeal of patriotism emulation by Ho Chi Minh president on June 6 in Hanoi

Minister of MCST Hoang Anh Tuan, representative from Ministry of the Interior, Section of Central commend, reward and emulation, offices belonging to emulation sections of Ministries of Social - Culture – Science, leaders of General Directorates, Bureaus, Departments leaders of Party committee were present.

Addressing the ceremony, Minister of MCST Hoang Anh Tuan emphasized: “… Our patriotism emulation movement during the last 60 years has becomes people’s revolutionary high tide. Through each revolution period, the patriotism emulation movement has been concurred which brings to great results, leaves deep impression and bring the fame to our country’s patriotic tradition as well as heroic tradition…

From now on to 2010, the emulation of MCST will focus on the following main tasks: to continuously grasp policies of the Party thoroughly; to widely deploy the emulation, commend and reward law as well as direction of work at levels, branches, units and people; especially to promote the key-role of cadres, Party members, advanced individuals at levels. Launch a emulation in the entire branch in order to meet or over fulfill the cultural – social targets in 2008 connecting to the movement of “Study and follow the moral sample of Ho Chi Minh”.

Also at the ceremony, delegates once again listen to Uncle Ho’s appeal of patriotism emulation 60 years ago. Trade Union Chairman of Ministry Nguyen Thuc, Youth Union Secretary of Ministry Le Thi Phuong spoke about the important roles of Trade Union, Youth Union toward patriotism emulation movement.
