MCST: Promulgating the Decision on the regulations of appraisal and license issuance of popularizing films

(Cinet)- The minister of Culture, sports and Tourism promulgated the Decision No. 49/2008/QĐ-BVHTTDL dated 09/07/2008 on the promulgation of the appraisal and license issuance of popularizing films.

Launching with this Decision is the appraisal and license issuance of popularizing films, including forms: an application to issue the license of popularizing films; Appraisal certificate; film appraisal report, film-popularized license; Regulations on banning popularizing films; regulations on suspending popularizing films temporally or permanently.

This decision replaced the regulation on firm approval promulgated with the Decision No 2455/QĐ-ĐA dated 09/08/1997 and the regulation on the organization and activities of film approval council at the provincial level promulgated with the Decision No 2332/QĐ-ĐA dated 02/08/1997 by the ministry of Culture and Information.
