MCST: Promulgating the Decision on Functions, tasks, and responsibilities of the Music Publishing House

(Cinet)- On 01.07, Mnister of culture, sports and tourism Hoang Tuan Anh signed the Decision No 2914/QĐ-BVHTTDL on regulating functions, tasks and responsibilities of the Music Publishing House. This decision replaced the decision No. 109/TC-QĐ dated 25/05/1996, Decision No. 07/2002/QĐ-BVHTT dated 21/03/2002 of the ministry of Culture and Information.

According to the decision,  the Music Publishing House will be responsible for : Editing and Publishing, Publishing musical books; Producing and trading the original programs, recording disc and video disc; Producing; Organizing services of Arts, Musical performances and technical services in making CD, stereo and video recording, audio to meet the demand of local and foreign people;…(the details of the decision in the legal documents)
