MCST with patriotism movement year 2008 – 2010

(Cinet)- Through patriotism movement millions of heroes of labor, advance individuals, new factors are found. Party, government have awarded more than 13 million decorations, medals, honorable government titles, certificate of merits of Prime Minister, etc, to teams, individuals at home and abroad for numerous achievements on wars, serving the wars, productive labors, scientific researches or national security protection.

As the spirit of “Innovation, creativeness, striving to a new Height, achieving new success” the emulation movement of MCST year 2008-2010 will focus on the following contents:

1. Organize emulation through the entire branch; strive for meeting or outdoing the cultural and social targets in 2008, simultaneously connected to the campaign of “Study and follow the moral mirror of Ho Chi Minh”. Quickly stabilize organization, re-arrange the apparatus of office, administrative reforming offices on the base of solidarity, common responsibility and well-implemented branch’s tasks.

2. Promote the patriotism emulation movement widely; mobilize all the labor resources in society to successfully carry out the resolution of the 10^th Party assembly and ministry’s plan. Strive to make ministry strong and consolidated

3. Emulate and follow 4 dos and 4 don’ts: do creative, do honest, do good administrative and cultural attitudes, do organized working habits; against waste, against corrupt, against negative, against social evils.

4. Continuously research and innovate the content, emulation target, form of applause, launching method, organize mobilizing emulation movements which is suitable to characteristic and task of each office, unit.

5. Direct the activities to levels speed up the campaign: “Building new cultural life at residence quarter”, “The whole population take physical exercise following the mirror of Ho Chi Minh”. Through the emulation movement find out more and more advanced individuals, emulative soldiers, heroes of labor in the fields of culture, family, sport, and tourism.

6. Direct and co-implement the focus contents of work at central level such as: the 1000^th great anniversary of Thang Long-Hanoi; ASEAN Tourism Leadership Conference, the 3^rd Asian indoor Games; the 65^th Independent Day of Socialist, Republic of Vietnam and other anniversaries.

7. Practice economy, against waste at work, on duty, individual consuming; contribute to impulse inflation, stabilize life.

8. Emulative activities need to be practical and effective, from that introduce advanced individuals to honor at the 8^th National Patriotism Emulation Congress in 2010.
