The Party and the State have given some approaches and policies to develop ethnic minority activities in order to maintain and develop traditional culture of the ethnic groups. After promulgating Regulation No.05/2011/NĐ-CP on January 14, 2011 about ethnic minority activity, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism positively built document to implement Regulation No.05/2011/NĐ-CP in Article 1 about a maintaining and developing policy fi culture, sports and tourism in the ethnic groups.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has complied with a basic regulation such as ensuring a developing policy; increasing more material life for ethnic minorities groups, directing some cultural sectors to implement some program in order to  build a cultural life, increase more enjoyment of culture-arts;
