Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013/ND-CP dated July 16, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Dicision No. 3088/QĐ-BVHTTDL dated September 15, 2015 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Article 1. The “National Great Solidarity – Vietnam Cultural Heritage” Week will organize at the Viet Nam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism on November 15-23.
The Direction Board consists of some names:
1. Le Khanh Hai, Deputy Minister of the MOCST as head of the Board;
2. Truong Thi Ngoc Anh, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front as head of the Board.
3.  Nguyen The Ky, vice-head of Board of Justice as member.
4. Nong Quoc Tuan, Deputy Minister, vice-head of Ethnic Committee as member;
5. Lam Van Khang, vice-head of the Viet Nam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism as member;
