Pursuant to Decision No. 285/QD-BVHTTDL dated January 17, 2013 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism,
At the request of director of Department of  Performing Arts.

Article 1. Assigning Department of Performing Arts chair and coordinate with the Department of International Cooperation, Department of Planning and Finance, the Viet Nam Theatre Artists' Association, Vietnam Circus And Vaudeville Secondary School and relative units to organize “Vietnam-Laos-Cambodia Young Circus Talent Contest 2015”.
