On March 18th, Vinh Hung ward (Hanoi) held a ceremony to announce the decision to inscribe "Thanh Tri rice roll making" into the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage. The recognition of "Thanh Tri rice roll making" as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage not only contributes to honoring a long-standing culinary tradition of the capital but also creates momentum for the development of craft village tourism, provides sustainable livelihoods for the people, and enriches Hanoi's cultural identity in the process of integration.
