On March 18th, Vinh Hung ward (Hanoi) held a ceremony to announce the decision to inscribe "Thanh Tri rice roll making" into the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage. This event marks an important step in the preservation and promotion of the traditional culinary heritage of the Thanh Tri region.
