The Truong Yen Festival (Dinh-Le Kings Temples Festival) takes place on the 10th of the third lunar month, in Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of the Dai Co Viet Kingdom of Vietnam (10th century A.D.), in honour of Dinh and Le Kings.

Thay village (nowadays called Thuy Khe village) is located at the foot of Sai Son mountain in Quoc Oai district, Ha Tay province. Visitors come to this village all year round for several reasons.

There is a Vietnamese saying: "We have the Father's Festival in August, and the Mother's Festival in March." The Mother's Festival is held in the Phu Giay Temple which is dedicated to a female genius, Lieu Hanh.

Dong Da, situated in the southern part of Hanoi, is the place where, 200 years ago, Emperor Quang Trung {reigning 1788-1792) defeated the 200,000-strong Qing invading army.

Madam Trieu is also named as Trieu Thi Trinh, Trieu Au. She was born on October 2nd in 226 in Quan Yen district, Cuu Tran prefecture (present-day Yen Dinh).
