Introducing Green Food Fair 2012 “ For health and environment”

(Cinet)- On November 20, in Hanoi, the press seminar organized Green Food Fair 2012 themed “For Health and Environment” in Hanoi.

Accordingly, the Fair will take place from November 24 to November 28, 2012 at the Vietnam Exhibition Centre for Culture and Arts in No.2, Hoa Lu, Van Ho, Hanoi. A program is organized to call for an awareness of environmental protection for a community and helps people to  encourage a new nutritional eating habit in order to protect health.

The Fair consists of many programs about culture and arts and a wide variety of cultural and culinary activities, such as “cooking with the stars” contest, Yoga practice instructions, and discussions on vegetarianism and health, the power of a quiet mind, scientific premise of praying, health and the environment.

The Fair also contributes some famous restorations such as Nguyen Hong restaurant, Ha Thanh restaurant and Lean&Green restaurant… to help some tourists to enjoy more foods with some trademarks from some restaurants.

Addressing at the press seminar, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Loan, a manager of Joint-Stock Company Hy Ma Lap Son, vice-head of the Organization said that the fair is organized due to some trade purposes from some famous sectors. The Organization Board also selects some products according to a topic of the Fair” For health and environment”.

The event aims to raise public awareness of protecting the environment for the community’s benefit, as well as encouraging a new nutritional eating habit in order to protect health.
