(Cinet) – Recently, Thua Thien Hue Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a scientific dialogue about some documents of Hue cuisine.
The dialogue attracts to some scientists and researchers in fields of cuisine in the province. It is one of some contents of the Project “Building and managing some data about Hue cuisine” under an association of Thua Thien Hue’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Institute of Culture and Arts in the Central Vietnam.
At the dialogue, some scientists and researchers gave some contributing opinions about selecting and adjusting some typical and important data, reflecting Hue cuisines.
From some contributing opinions at the dialogue, Thua Thien Hue’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will continue to fulfill some items of the data and carry out some steps to give some themes in order to serve a studying activity and turn cuisine heritage of Hue into Document to submit to the MOCST for recognizing intangible cultural heritage
