Ha Noi noodle

There are a lot of specialities in Hanoi but the most favourite dish is a simple broth of rice noodle called Phở. It is a dish that defines Hanoi special foods.

Simply because Phở in Hanoi is quite different from that in any other places. Phở in Hanoi has the special flavour of the broth stewed with marrowbones, the savour of boiled beef. The broth must be clear, the rice noodle must be thin and tender.
The colours of the ingredients form a nice colourful picture. Mixed with boiling hot stock, it provoke your senses, makes you feel as if you are enjoying the beauty of nature.
