Conference introduces International Gastronomy Festival 2012

(Cinet) - International Gastronomy Festival 2012 will take place in Zone B on Sept 23 Park in Ho Chi Minh City from December 12-16.

The Organizing Committee organized a conference to introduce the cuisine delicious dish Festival 2012 took place on December 4 in Ho Chi Minh City. Festival is held by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism with the Association of HCM City tourism organizations.

At the press seminar, the Organization Board said that the festival estimates about 80 stalls for 50 restaurants and hotels from countries including India, Japan, the United States, Russia, France and Brazil. The festival will have many attractive activities such as performing activity for performing and serving cuisine in some stalls; featuring a Christmas- Party themed competition between chefs from five-star hotels…Another highlight of the program is Yan Can Cook, a performance by world-renowned chef Martin Yan.

Accordingly, some foods in some countries will introduce some unique of a world cuisine to the public in HCM City and international tourist on the opening night of December 12 in Sept 23 Park.

As known, there are 47 sectors as some restaurants in a city from 19 nations such as India, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Laos, Philippines, South Korea, Vietnam, France, Italy, Russia, Germany, the US, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand to register to participate into 88 stalls of Gastronomy Festival.

Coming the festival is a chance to find some unique of cuisine arts and enjoy some foods from many nations in the world.
