O-Loan Bloody Shells

The resource of sea products in Phu Yen is very abundant not only valuable for export but also luxurious goods favourite to domestic consumers like Huynh De (royal) crabs, lobsters, crabs, shells, oysters, holothurians, . . . the exploitable output is about 1,000 tonnes per year.

In which, bloody shells is about 20 tonnes per year which is the famous special local dish of O Loan Lagoon area which has gone into people’s hearts when mentioning eating and drinking. Bloody shells can be processed into a variety of dishes, but the simplest and most delicious of all is always grilled or steamed ones.
