Well-known fashion designer--Vo Viet Chung, recently introduced his new collection of Vietnamese ao dai, which was inspired by the movie "Avatar," in HCM City. The designer wanted to convey the message to protect nature but he could not protect the traditional beauty of the ao dai.

On January 20 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vo Viet Chung introduced his ao dai collection called “The Gift of God.” The collection, with stylized designs inspired by the movie “Avatar” by James Cameron, aims to convey the message of environmental protection. However, it is said that the Vietnamese ao dai in this collection was over-stylized.

This collection was introduced at the J Autumn Fashion Show in London last October.
