(Cinet)- Pursuant to the Guidance of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, agencies in coordination with units under the Ministry have organized a great number of typical activities.
(Cinet)- Finance – Culture, Sports and Tourism inter-Ministries has promulgated a Circular guiding expenditure rate and expense management to implement the national target program on culture in the 2006-2010 period. The total investment capital is over 45.000 billion dong, of which the central budget makes up about 55% (equivalent to 25.000 billion dong) and the remaining capital source is mobilized from local budgets and others.
