(Cinet)- The first buckwheat flower festival, which will feature art performances and a display of buckwheat flower products, will celebrate the blossoming of the iconic flowers in Dong Van District in Ha Giang Province from 13 to 15 November 2015.
The Lo Lo are one of the many ethnic minorities in Vietnam, living for many generations in the Dong Van Rocky Plateau.
