(Cinet)- The city is an independent municipality at the same level as provinces of Vietnam, and is located on the South bank of Hau river. Can Tho owned the common characteristic of Mekong Delta as well as the typical characteristic of  “the capital of the West”. There are plentiful of the cultural relics and heritages recognized, among of them, 10 relics is ranked by Nation, 12 relics in the provincial rank list.
