(MOCST) - On Aug 1, the arts exhibition “Exchange and Compose, the 1st International Fine Arts Exhibition Da Nang 2019” was opened at Da Nang Museum of Fine Arts. Deputy Minister of MOCST Ta Quang Dong attended and delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.
