Emerging bands are failing to fill the vacancies left by the departure of famous groups. Major show organizers say they can’t find enough good groups, despite the growing number of pop bands.
This conference organized by the earthen architecture community under the aegis of ICOMOS since 1972 is the first to be held in Africa. Approximately 300 specialists in the fields of conservation, anthropology, archaeology, architecture and engineering, scientific research; site management, and sustainable development of earthen architectural heritage are expected to attend.
Two big artistic performances took place in Ho Chi Minh City and former imperial Hue city on January 30 to celebrate the 40 th anniversary of the General Offensive and Uprising of Mau Than Spring in 1968.
