(Cinet)- Prior to the issuance of Instruction No. 27-CT/TƯ dated 12th January 1998 of the Political Bureau and Instruction No 28 CT/TU of the Provincial Committee on “Performing civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals”, the movement of building the cultural life in Son Tay city makes a little progress; a rate of cultural households, villages, streets and cultural agencies is still rather low; the organization of many weddings and funerals is wasteful and long; some places haven’t yet set up a funeral board and so on.
UNESCO has launched a new online database of cultural heritage laws around the world. Relevant legislations are available for consultation in their original language and in official English translations. To date, 757 legislations from 113 UNESCO Member States have been published online on the website of the UNESCO Cultural Heritage Laws Database.
