(Cinet)- On 1.11 the steering Committee, the Organization Board of the festival day of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Khmer People in the territory with 12 provinces already held the shift handover workshop at the People’s committee at Ô Môn District, Cần Thơ City. The Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Huỳnh Vĩnh Ái hosted the shift handover workshop.
