(Cinet)- On the Vietnamese teacher’s day 20/11, The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism already held the rewarding ceremony for the title of people’s artist and meritorious artist for teachers belonging to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the North.
