The Mỹ Sơn Sanctuary, located in Thu Bồn Commune, Đà Nẵng City, is a complex of Chăm towers situated in a valley with a diameter of about 2 km. It once served as a site for religious ceremonies and as a burial place for kings, and members of the Chăm royal family. In December 1999, the Mỹ Sơn Sanctuary was recognised by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage Site.

The sixth Chăm Cultural Festival will take place on June 26 - 28 in Khánh Hòa Province, offering a diverse programme that highlights the traditions and contemporary life of the Chăm community.

The annual event aims to promote the unique cultural and tourism values of Thăng Long – Hà Nội while honouring the lotus, a symbol deeply embedded in Vietnamese cultural and spiritual life.

With its natural advantages and ongoing efforts to diversify tourism products, Khánh Hòa is steadily evolving from a traditional beach destination into a multi-experience tourism hub, reinforcing its competitiveness as one of Việt Nam’s premier travel destinations.

Huế is simultaneously stepping up efforts to attract investment into tourism, services and cultural industries. In the first five months of 2026, the city secured more than VNĐ19 trillion in newly registered investment capital, with projects planned in coastal tourism, lagoon-based ecotourism, cultural spaces along the Perfume River, convention and exhibition centres, night-time economy projects and cultural innovation hubs.
