A Viet Nam–Japan friendship concert was held at Pham Thi Tran Theatre in Ninh Binh Province on the evening of January 23, jointly organised by the Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Culture and Sports and artists from Saiki City, Oita Prefecture, Japan.
