Rescheduled to match the peak of the hoa ban season, the festival will showcase vibrant cultural performances, traditional heritage, and the timeless beauty of Việt Nam’s Northwest blossoms.
The “Spring Colors Across the Homeland 2026” festival officially opened on the morning of February 28, the 12th day of the first lunar month, at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism in Doai Phuong commune, Hanoi.
