Artist Nguyen Xuan Long’s latest exhibition Viet Chat is giving a new twist to the phrase "actions speak louder than words" by zooming in on the wisdom of proverbs.
Dong song do (Red River) is the name of a painting by Tran Mau closely connected to the artist’s childhood and memories about the violent war. He has decided to put the painting up for auction to raise funds to donate to victims of flooding in the central region.
