Accordingly, based on Decision No.703/QĐ-BVHTTDL on March 13,2015 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism entrusts Department of Performing Arts and International Cooperation Department, Vietnam Stage Artists’ Association, Vietnam Puppetry Theatre and relevant agencies to organize the 4th International Puppetry Festival – Hanoi 2015” in Hanoi. Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to establish the Direction Board comprises as follows:
1. Vuong Duy Bien-Deputy Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as head of the Board;
2. Nguyen Dang Chuong – head of Performing Arts Department as vice-head of the Board;
3. Le Tien Tho – head of Vietnam Stage Artists Association as member;
4. Nguyen Phuong Hoa – vice-head of International Cooperation Department of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as member;
5. Phan Linh Chi – Vice head of Department of Planning and Finance as member.
The Direction Board is responsible for directing to organize the festival and self-removes after fulfilling the task.
