Establish the Drafting Board and Editorial Team of Library Law

(Cinet) - Drafting Board and Editorial Team of  Library Law  was established according to the Decision No. 2052/QD-BVHTTDL of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Accordingly, the Library Law Drafting Board consists of 15 members led by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thien - Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ministry as Chairman; Mr. Huynh Vinh Ai - Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ministry as Permanent Vice Chairman and Ms Nga Vu Duong Thuy - Director of Department of Libraries under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as Vice Chairman;
Library Law Editorial Team includes 16 members led by Ms. Vu Duong Thuy Nga - Director of Department of Libraries under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as Team Leader; Ms. Pham Thi Quynh Lan – Principal Official at the Library Department under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as Editorial Secretary.
Drafting Board undertakes the tasks under the provisions of Article 54 of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents No. 80/2015/QH13 issued on June 22nd, 2015. Editorial Team works under the direction of the chairman and performs a task of supporting Drafting Board to analyse comprehensively to finish the project on Library Law successfully.
