(Cinet)- As discussed with Board of Directors of the National Sports Complex on the phase 2 Investment Plan for the National Sports Complex, Minister Hoang Tuan Anh has agreed on compensation and site clearance policies for the remaining area of 84hectares in 192 hectares managed by the National Sports Complex. In addition, he suggests the National Sports Complex should establish a specific project on resettlement and site clearance to submit to Ministerial Leaders for approval.
Minister also agrees on construction plans of an out-door Sports Center including golf courses, 10 tennis courts and service houses of the National Sports Complex based on associated joint-venture sociology method, but this still ensures land use rights of the National Sports Complex and complies with the Law.
In terms of an indoor Sports Center Project, Minister consents to construction plans for multifunctional sporting event hall financed by the State Budget. He orders the National Sports Complex in co-ordination with Functional Department to implement this project.
As for Lang Van Project, Minister requires the National Sports Complex to work together with related agencies to make plans for moving some tombs to another place when there is an official investment decision of the Government and Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Also, he orders Board of Directors of the National Sports Complex to make a fully investment report for constructing the National Sports Complex in the phase 2.
