Vietnamese young people host cultural festival in Beijing

The festival entitled “Impression of Vietnam” opened on November 17 in Beijing, China, featuring the diverse activities of Vietnamese culture and arts.

This was the first cultural festival held by Vietnamese young people in Beijing, with assistance from the Vietnamese embassy in China and the Vietnamese business community in Beijing.

The Vietnamese musical concert was the most important part of the festival. On the night Vietnamese students gave a special show by play different Vietnamese musical instruments such as the monochord and t’rung and dancing in traditional costumes.

The musical gala left a deep impression on international friends about Vietnam’s land and its people as well as reflecting the youth and dynamism of Vietnamese young people.

During the festival, a culinary display of Vietnamese food attracted a large number of Vietnamese and international students.
