(Cinet)- Le Toan, the Director of Department of Information and Culture says the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has notified investment plans for a rather large-scale welfare work, named “ A Cinema Culture Center” in Quang Ninh.
The new construction is situated in Hong Gai award, Ha Long City. This project replaces the other one, known as “Ho Chi Minh’s arguments and ideas Book Center” in order to conform to the new situation.
The construction is expected to start on the IV quarter of 2007 year and end in 2009. Of which only an estimated cost for the period 2007-2008 is 20 billion VND.
