(MOCST)- Aiming at introducing and promoting the values of cultural, travel and socio-economic of Bat Xat district, and building up resources of precious document photos of the destination, the People’s Committee of Bat Xat district, Lao Cai province has launched the photo contest under the theme of Bat Xat beautiful pictures 2019.
The event is part of activities to celebrate 70 years of Bat Xat district’s party committee (10/10/1949 - 10/10/2019) and welcome the “Autumn festival – attractions of mountainous area in 2019”.

Participants are individuals, professional and amateur photographers, who love the art of photography across Vietnam and overseas.
The attending works could reflect the beauty, life, people and unique types of tourism of Bat Xat district. The contest’s organizing board encourages young photographers show their new characters.
The photo contestant has never won a prize in any contest, has not been publicized and during the time of competition, the photo is not allowed to join in another contest. There is no restrictions on the number of entries for each author.
The attending works to the contest "Bat Xat Beauty Pictures 2019" are sent to the email address: thianhdepbatxat@gmail.com during the period from August 07th-20th 2019.
The event’s organizing board will select 70 works to exhibit, in which 11 best works will be awarded, including: 01 First Prize; 02 Second prizes; 03 third prizes and 05 encouragement prizes.
The exhibition "Bat Xat Beautiful Picture 2019" is expected to take place from August 23rd-25th in the framework of the Bat Xat Autumn Festival and the 70th Anniversary of the establishment of Bat Xat Party Committee in 2019./.
