Implementing legal regulations about environmental protection at the relic site

(National Times) - On July 18, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism had Document No.2739/BVHTTDL - KHCNMT relating to implement the legal regulation about environmental protection in tourism business, festival organization and management in Thua Thien Hue.

Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism inspected and considered situation of some legal regulations on the environmental protection in tourism bussiness, festival organization and the relic management in Thua Thien Hue as follows:
- Inspecting regulations in Joint Circular No.19/2013/TTLT- BVHTTDL- BTNMT on December 30, 2013 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ministry of Natural Resource and Environment about some activities of tourism, festival organization, the relic protection and development;
- Assessing application for a set of criteria for environmental protection guidelines at some historical relic sites, national landscapes according to Decision No. 4666/QĐ-BVHTTDL on December 31, 2015 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism entrusts Department of Science, Technology and Environment to host and associate with some relevant agencies to implement some above tasks.
The Ministry proposes Department of Culture and Sports, Department of Tourism, Hue Monuments Conservation Centre to prepare for survey and create more condition to implement well.
