(Cinet)- The project on training human resource of culture and arts in foreign country up to 2030 has been approved by the Prime Minister.

Enhancing a training program of culture and arts in foreign country

Training human resource of culture and arts in foreign country aims to supplement and train lecturers, students, researchers, experts, artists in terms of culture and arts.

Up to 2030, the project will develop a training project in foreign country including 300 bachelors, 180 masters; 50 doctor’s degree. There will be a short-term training course for 40 cadres at vocational training and 360 lecturers, teachers, researchers, pupils and students in terms of culture and arts.

The project focuses on 07 fields: music, fine arts, stage, cinema, dancing, circus and literature writing. Selecting some training sectors comes from Russia, Chian, France, Germany, Australia, Canada, Japan, RoK and other countries under a signing program with Ministry of Education of Viet Nam.

At bachelors: Being students and pupils at high awards in Viet Nam; student learning abroad at vocational training and continue a program in foreign country in university recruitment.

At masters: Lecturer, teacher and researchers plans to study masters; student in the best achievement in some training schools of culture and arts which expects to study in foreign country; students learning abroad expects to study bachelors in foreign country.

At doctor’s degree: Lecturers, students and researchers who graduated the university and got the masters in foreign country at high achievement will have a chance to participate in the program of doctor’s degree.
