(Cinet) – The Prime Minister has decided to establish the State Council honouring “HCM awards”; “the State awards” on literature and arts in 2016.
Accordingly, Minister Nguyen Ngoc Thien keeps a role as chairmen of the Council.
Four vice-chairmen are Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Khanh Hai; vice-head of the Central Justice Board Bui The Duc; vice-head of the Awards and Emulation Board Vuong Van Dinh; author and chairman of Viet Nam Union of Literature and Arts Association Nguyen Huu Thinh.
Also, there are 23 members.
The Council helps the Prime Minister to select some good works to submit to the Prime Minsiter for aprpoving Decision on honouring some “HCM awards”, “the State awards” on literature and arts in 2016.
Some works are honoured with approval of at least 90% of total members of the Council.
Based on the result, the Council discussed and selected some awards of the title in some fields and informs list of the awards on media mean in 20 days.
After collecting results, the Council will send Document to the Board of Emualation and Awards, then make a report to the Prime Minister for consideration and submit to the President.
Some idividuals participating into the awards are not into the Council.
