Training human resource of culture and arts in foreign countries up to 2030

(Cinet) – Document No.58/TTr-BVHTTDL on April 04 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism sending the Prime Minister relates to approve Project on training human resource of culture and arts in foreign countries up to 2030.

Document shows training and developing of human resource about culture and arts were focused and gained many results, contirbuting on culture and arts developing activities of the country. However, human resource in the fields has existed some issues such as lack of professionality and high levels.
Training culture and arts requires high expenses. Most of teacher and lecturers about culture and arts are trained in foreign country.
The groups was supported by old Russia. According statistics of Ministry of Education and Training, culture and arts reach over 3.500 in total of 52.00 cadres, students in the whole country that trained in Russia, afterthat, comes back the country to work. Nowadays, some lectures and experts at high age have accumulated knowldges and experience, so lack of human resource about culture and art in high level.
In a progress of industrialization and modernization, building cadres has been cared and concentrated. The thing is directed in Resolution of the Party and action plan of the Government and the industry of culture, sports and tourism in expection of international cooperation, talent training and sudying abroad.
In the strategy of the industry, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism builds Project on training human resource of culture and arts in foreign country up to 2030 and submit to the Prime Minister.
 Main content of the project comprise 2 parts as follows: Part 1: Situation on training of human resource of culture and arts in Vietnam; Part 2: Target and measures on training human resource of culture and arts in foreign country up to 2030.
The Minsitry of Culture, Sports and Tourism proposed the Prime Minister for consideration and approval of the Project.
