Picking up some ministers of tourism in some countries at the opening ceremony of National Tourism Year 2016

(Cinet)-Decision No.1286/QĐ-BVHTTDL on April 01 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism relates to pick up some ministers of tourism to participate the opening ceremony of National Tourism Year 2016-Phu Quoc.
Based on Regulation No. 76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Based on Official Dispatch No.1474/VPCP-QHQT on March 08, 2016 of the Govermental Office informing opinions fo vice-PM Vu Duc Dam relates to allow Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Kien Giang provincial People’s Committee to invite Ministers of some ASEAN countries and Russia, Japan and South Korea to participate into National Tourism Year 2016.
Based on regulation of foreign activities of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism promulating Decision No.83/2008/QĐ-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 of Minister of the Ministry of Culture,Sports and Oturism and Decision No.1973/QĐ-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 of the Minister of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism about supplementing and adjustign some regulation of foreign action of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Requirement of International Cooperation Department, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to entrust International Cooperation Department:
- Associating with Kien Giang Provincial People’s Committee, Kien Giang provincial Department of Foreign affairs, Kien Giang provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to pick up Ministers of tourism in some countries into Vietnam at the National Tourism Year 2016 in Phu Quoc, Kien Giang province
- Organizing dialogue to discuss about tourism cooperation on a visit of some ministers in some coutnries.
Time: on Apricl 07-11, 2016
Expenses:Self-buying return ticket in international travel.
Office of Kien Giang Provincial People’s Committee, Kien Giang Department of Foreign affairs, Kien Giang Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism are responsible for visiting and inhabitance, visit, transport and VIP office in Phu Quoc international airport.
International Cooperation Department is responsible for appointing some cadres into Phu Quoc province to support reception, picking-up, interpretation, organizing the dialogue.
