(Cinet)- Decision No.895/QĐ-BVHTTDL promulgated on March 15, 2016 relates to approve for “Inspecting situation about implementing legal regulation on environmental protection in tourism business and festival organization” plan.
The Plan aims to appreciate situation to implement legal regulation on environmental protection in tourism business and festival organization; proposing measures and proposals to enhance environmental protection.
Participants: leader from Department of Science, Technology and Environement as head of the Board; representatives from Department of Science, Technology and Enviroment; Ministerial Inspector; Cultural Heritage Department; Ministerial Office, Department of Hotel, Tourism Administration. Some associating sectors are Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism in some locals; some managing sectors in locals.
The Plan consists of some contents: inspecting and appreciating some contents of Joint Circular No.19/2013/TTLT-BVHTTDL-BTNMT on December 30, 2013 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ministry of Natural Resource and Environment about guideline of environmental proteciton in tourism; appreciating some criteria to protect environment a the historical and cultural zones; proposing some measures to enhance effectiveness of enviromental protection in tourism business and festival organization.
