(Cinet)- Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has recently promulgated speech rules and provided information for the press with the following major issues:
- Speaker provides periodical information (monthly, quarterly, yearly) for the press.
- Speech and information provision in unusual and unexpected circumstances
- Responsibilities of authorities, units, relevant officials and civil servants in the speech and information provision for the press
- Responsibilities of Office in the speech and information provision for the press
Heads of authorities and units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Director of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism duly undertakes:
- to popularize and grasp thoroughly this Rule for officials and civil servants in his units; timely to report to the Minister (sending to the Office of the Ministry) about difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process to research, amend and supplement the Rule.
- to coordinate with the Speaker in carrying out speech task and information provision for the press under this Rule.
