A book on Viet Nam ’s national liberation and the leading role of President Ho Chi Minh has been published in Germany .

The book, titled “ Viet Nam ’s National Liberalisation Revolution – the basic elements for its appearance from 1925-1945”, is the second work by Gerhard Feldbauer, a Viet Nam historian.
The 134-page book, printed by Pahl Rugenstein publishing house in
Bonn , features seven chapters and a conclusion as well as documentary photos that show important phases in Viet Nam ’s revolution.
The first chapter describes how President Ho Chi Minh paved the way for the successes of
Viet Nam ’s national liberation.
In the remaining chapters, Feldbauer gives thorough analysis of the emergence of
Viet Nam ’s working class and worker-farmer alliance, which became a pivotal force in the fight against feudalism and colonialism in the country.
Vietnamese war tactics, the decisive factor bringing overwhelming success to the August Revolution in 1945, are also discussed in the book.
The first book, printed in 2005 under the title “Victory in Sai Gon - the memories of
Viet Nam ”, was co-written by Feldbauer and his wife Irene Feldbauer, who used to work as a correspondent in Viet Nam.
