(Cinet)- In the morning of 25/9, at the hall on the 6th floor , the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a conference of researching and grasping thoroughly the Resolution of the Central VII and the Resolution No 23 - NQ/TW by the Ministry of Politics session X.
Attending the reference were members: the commissioners of the central committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism ; commissioners of party committee, party cells in the whole party committee; the leadership at head and deputy head grades of the bodies and agencies belonging to the party committee; standing commissioners of the executive board of the Ministerial trade union, commissioners of the executive board of the Ministerial Communist Youth Union of Hochiminh City.
In the morning, members at the conference heard the professor, doctor Đinh Xuân Dũng – the head of Department, standing commissioner of the central association of literary and art critics – The central department of propaganda and training introduced the Resolution: "Building the intellectual staff in the modernization and industrialization of the country" and the Resolution No 23-NQ/TW of the Ministry of politics on "Continuing to buid up and develop literature, art in the new era".
The Resolution No 23 by the Ministry of Politics was promulgated with the purpose of going on developing the role and precious mission of literature, art and writers in the new era. The Resolution also said that the civil affairs committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism hosted and cooperated with other agencies to build up renovated projects and enhance the training quality of literature, art in the entire country; building up programs, contents of training on literature and art for students in the system of political schools; building regimes, policies, regulations and doing the confirmed tasks in the Resolution on state management towards literature, art.
