Decision No. 2142/QĐ-VHTTDL dated 13^th May 2008 by Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on “Appointing Tran Chien Thang as Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism cum Chief of the General Department of Tourism, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism”
