Minister Hoang Tuan Anh said the College has undergone many difficulties to affirm its strong development since when it was established 41 years ago. The Yen Bai College of Culture, Arts and Tourism has paid much attention to training thousands of students as valuable activists in every cultural aspect.

The Minister wished the College would continuously promote its good traditions and adopted new steps for its development after it has been upgraded and expanded training scopes.

As for Students, the Minister emphasized that, apart from their moral training practice, they should study and master thought approaches taught by their teachers.

“All the students should have their own soft and hard thought approaches. Hard thoughts are all things in books or taught by teachers. Soft thoughts are to know how to apply learned things to your practical tasks, or how to behave well in your life” said the Minister.

With regard to Teachers and the School, the Minister suggested that Students be seen as core people. From that, all the teachers go on to improving their own knowledge for their teaching.

The School should be interested in students’ spiritual and material life and closely link to occupational demands of each specific unit and agency. If all the students carry out these above-mentioned things, they can seek proper jobs after their graduation.
