The National Administration of Tourism of Vietnam: holding the implementation conference of the circular instructing to implementing the tourist law in the North

(Cinet) - the General Director Trần Chiến Thắng said that during the period of implementing the circular, there are many problems should be tackled gradually. However, basically, two circulars 88 and 89 regulated the details of implementing some articles of tourist law in tourist accommodation and travel business.

On 19/3/2009, in Hanoi, with the agreement of  the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the National Administration of Tourism of Vietnam already held the implementation conference of the circular instructing to implement the tourist Law, that is the Circular No 88/2008/TT-BVHTTDL and  89/2008/TT-BVHTTDL instructing to implement the Decree No 92/2007/NĐ-CP on 01 June 2007 by the Government promulgating the detailed regulations of implementing some articles of the tourist Law about tourist accommodation and travel business, branches, representative offices foreign travel agents in Vietnam, instructing tourist law and tourist promotion. The Deputy Director wanted representatives attending the conference to understand full new contents of the document to instruct well to implement the Decree No 92 by the Government and the tourist law in localities, units.
